Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Once your e-bike departs our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The e-bike must be in its original packaging, have less than 10 miles on the odometer, and be in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do Evoque e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Evoque e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We partner with Klarna and Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans at checkout, allowing you to ride now and pay later.
Are the e-bikes shipped fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
How do I maintain my e-bike battery?
To ensure longevity, avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures and try to keep the charge level between 20% and 80% when storing it for long periods.
